If you don't see just the piece you're looking for in the gallery of paintings, a commissioned piece is easier than you think.
From our very first conversation over the phone, email or even during a simple, in-home consultation, I'll lead you through everything. We'll discover what you really want as I listen to your desires and look at the places you would like to have your special piece. Then, when we both feel we have an idea of the size, colors and theme, I'll give you a firm timeframe and price. Once we've agreed, work begins and before you know it, your unique painting will be hanging in your home, designed just for you.

Unique, one of a kind art. Art that tells a story.
After a lifetime of battling Cystic Fibrosis and struggling daily to breathe, my daughter is a walking miracle, thriving with her new set of lungs. Eleven years of healthy lungs full of life and the "Breath of Heaven!" God is good!
This painting depicts my grandmother as a young woman, as she daydreams over the farm gate. Her apron and straw hat blow in the breeze as her beloved chickens scratch at her feet, in the powdery dust of a Kansas farmyard.
This piece, designed for an Old Testament Bible teacher, depicts the ancient city of Jerusalem, the Golden Gate where Jesus entered before his death, and the prophetic entry to come. The view from the Garden of Gethsemane and its ancient olive trees overlook the fields ready for harvest.
Commissioned for a new product line, I painted five "Old Goats" to be used as trademarks on product labels.
The historic Country Club Plaza in Kansas City is a favorite place for this biker's group of friends to meet up for a ride. They gather here on nice afternoons, then tour around the beautiful neighborhoods of the city.
This painting tells the story of 'us'. My husband and I, having grown up in Kansas, have an affinity to the midwest farm. This is my blue '53 Chevy, same model that my parents learned to drive in. My husband, the beekeeper, loves nothing better than to be out working his bees.
I'd love to paint a piece for your home!
